Our Automotive, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, and Vet Med programs all run enterprise businesses to provide students real-world experiences in their respective fields. Please see the flyers below to check out the services offered to our community. Old Town Bistro menus are coming soon!

Adulting 101 Series - Basic Auto Care After-school Session

Miller's Adulting 101 program is well underway with our weekly "Life Hacks" series on scrolling announcements and our monthly Library Lessons series on college, career, and adult life preparedness.

In October, we are excited to kick-off our after-school series with Basic Auto Care. In this optional, after-school event, our Automotive teachers will be leading students through how to jump a car, how to change a tire, and tips for basic car maintenance. Spots are limited for this Adulting 101 learning opportunity. To sign-up, please scan the QR code in the flyer below and submit your name and email address or click the link below. NEW - Miller's Monster Mash

MCTC is hosting it's second-annual Miller's Monster Mash for the Katy ISD community. Young children and their parents are invited to explore our building while going on a "treasure hunt" for free candy. Kids are never too young to learn what we have to offer!

Our students will be volunteering during the night, helping families navigate the building and complete activities in different rooms. Our students are also encouraged to donate bags of candy if able for the event. Please see the flyer below for more information and feel free to share it with friends and family.

Upcoming PSAT Day - October 12th

On Wednesday, October 12th, Katy ISD will be offering the PSAT to juniors. All juniors will need to report directly to their home campuses by 7:15 AM, not Miller. Many of our home campuses are running alternate bell schedules or hosting senior activities. We understand this will impact student attendance at MCTC. We will work with home campuses on bell schedules and bus transportation.

Katy ISD College and Career Night

Katy ISD is hosting a College and Career Night on October 12, 2022 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Leonard Merrell Center at 6301 S. Stadium Lane. Admission is free and open to the community. Over 200 representatives from community colleges, universities, institutes, and military academies will be present to showcase their programs.
