Unhealthy - foods bad for your body and they might give you a stomach ache or harm your teeth.
Junk Food - food has little nutritional value.
Nutrients - components in foods that an organism uses to survive and grow.
Carbohydrates - any one of various substances found in certain foods (such as bread, rice, and potatoes) that provide your body with heat and energy and are made of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.
Protein - a substance found in foods (such as meat, milk, eggs, and beans) that is an important part of the human diet.
Fats - Along with proteins and carbohydrates, one of the three nutrients used as energy sources by the body.
Sugar - is used to make food sweeter.
Whole grains- of or being natural or unprocessed grain containing the germ and bran.
Fiber - plant material that cannot be digested but helps you to digest other food.
