How Terrorism Affects The Environment
Terrorism affects the environment in all kinds of ways. From devastation, to loss of life, to even leveling of cities. For example, the terrorist attacks of 9/11/01 changed america forever. It devastated families and residents of New York. There was lots of rebuild, and even more of an emotional toll. Needless to say, terrorism is a very bad thing.

ISIS
The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, also known as the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, the Islamic State of Iraq and ash-Sham, or simply Islamic State, is a Wahhabi/Salafi jihadist extremist group.
Al Qaeda
Al-Qaeda is a global militant Islamist organization founded by Osama bin Laden, Abdullah Azzam, and several others, at some point between August 1988 and late 1989.
Boko Haram
Boko Haram, which calls itself Wilāyat Gharb Ifrīqīyyah, and Jamā'at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da'wah wa'l-Jihād', is an Islamic extremist group based in northeastern Nigeria, also active in Chad, Niger and northern Cameroon.

1) Terrorist attacks and attempted attacks in the United States have become less frequent since the 1970s.
2) Law enforcement officials appear to be getting better at thwarting terrorist attacks.
