Welcome to Help Desk! How May We Assist You?
I am thrilled to introduce the 2014-2015 Help Desk staff! My students are motivated and excited to assist their peers, teachers, staff, and administration with troubleshooting a variety of technology issues including wi-fi access, gmail, app installation, projector set up, and much, much more. Staff members bring a broad range of technical skills and knowledge and they are ready to help problem-solve any issue you may be experiencing, whether it be with your MAC, PC, iPad, Chromebook, iPhone or Android device. Beyond troubleshooting hardware and applications, Help Desk students are available to assist teachers and students with using technology in the classroom in innovative ways. We specialize in the Burlington Public Schools foundational apps including Google Apps for Education, Notability, iMovie, Explain Everything, Blogger, and Book Creator. We can also offer suggestions on how to incorporate social media in the classroom. Additionally, staff members are available to demonstrate various iPad apps and web applications in the form of classroom presentations or one on one sessions with teachers. Help Desk prides itself on offering the best service possible, meeting the individual needs of our clients and exceeding expectations. Our mission is to effectively and efficiently solve any technology problem you may be experiencing and continue to support the vision of Burlington Public Schools for technology integration.
