IOS7 Update
Good or Bad?
The Good
- The good: Apple iOS 7 gets a complete design overhaul and adds useful features like automatic updates to make everyday use easier. Long-overdue Control Center gives quick access to most-used features. AirDrop and iTunes Radio are excellent additions.
- The colors and font to how it feels as you swipe through pages and open apps. It's cleaner, sleeker and just about every nook and cranny in the whole house has been renovated.
- IOS 7 is rich with subtle animations, such as small bubble-like movements when scrolling through messages. These add a bit of charm when navigating throughout the platform.
- By double-clicking the home button, you can view all applications, webpages and other programs recently opened. To close an app and save on battery life, swipe the image of the app off of the screen.

The Bad
- The bad : Besides the massively overhauled design and Control Center, there are few ground-breaking new features. The flat design concept favors space over information so you'll generally need to do more scrolling to get the info you need. Some new features aren't available for iPhone 4 and 4S users.
- It's also important to note that older devices don't get all the same features (no AirDrop for iPhone 4S, for example), but I think if iOS 7 is not optimized for a device or slows it down, it shouldn't be available for that device.
- Part of the redesign is the use of more white space. I get it and I even like it. But the thing I noticed about it is that when I'm using my iPhone or iPad at night, the excessive use of white is tiring for my eyes.

Whether I'm looking at Notes, Reminders, or especially the Calendar, the bright white is too much for night-time viewing. I know I can easily adjust the brightness via the Control Center, but I feel like I shouldn't have to.
- The user interface has gone completely flat, so apps look a lot less like actual buttons. We miss the subtle depth provided by previous iOS versions that made it seem like we weren't just tapping the screen. Flat is so in these days — for example, Bing and Google just rolled out new, flatter logos.
- But there are many animated movements that border on "disorienting." The main offender here is how apps open and close, by zooming in and out of content via diagonal movement. It looks sleek, but at the same time, it creates a dizzying effect.
My claim
My claim about the IOS7 update is that I like it. A reason that I like it is because of some the very cool camera features. On the camera you can actually zoom in on a video. You can also use a filter and choose different colors .Also you can choose black or white. I also like the control center. In just one swipe you can get to all the thing you need to in just a second. One other thing that I like is the notification center. On the notification center you can have one look on your Iphone and it shows you everything that is happening on that day.
