Laptop Return Process
CVE Families ~ District Laptop Return Information
For our CVE families who have checked out district laptops and/or hotspots this year, we will soon be collecting this equipment.
All district electronics checked out for remote learning must be returned before the end of the school year. This includes checkout laptops, hotspots, and chargers. Students who are participating in CVS summer programs will have the opportunity to check another laptop out, but all current checkout equipment must be returned for inventory and processing.
We have designated a time from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for you to drop off your laptop.
Please return equipment to the school during the times above. Students will be provided with a return receipt for their records. If you would like to complete the form in advance and send it to school with the equipment, it can be found here.
Students who have unreturned equipment at the end of the year, or who return damaged equipment, will be charged via PaySchools and will not be able to check out any new equipment.
