Your investment of time, energy and resources was noticed, appreciated, and enjoyed by all! New School Hours for the Fall
Note from Nurse Drury regarding Medications
If your child has medication in the Nurse’s Office, please make arrangements to pick it up at the end of the school year. Due to safety concerns, ONLY inhalers will be sent home with students on the last day of school. NO other medications will be sent home with students. Medication not picked up will be discarded one month after the last day of school. If your child will be attending Camp Propel, medication and inhalers can be kept for use during the summer program.
Plan for next school year! If your child has asthma and/or a medical condition that requires medication at school, please remember to schedule a back to school appointment with your doctor in the late summer. Medication authorization, anaphylaxis plans and asthma plans need to be completed and signed by both a parent and physician at the beginning of each school year. Please refer to the district website under student services if you have questions about health requirements at www.district196.org. Questions? Please contact Mrs. Drury @ erica.drury@district196.org or by calling 651.423.7670.

New Daycare Forms Needed Each Year!
New Daycare Forms MUST be completed each year! Parents of students who will be attending a daycare facility, or who will be transported to or from an address other than the student’s home address during the 2021-2022 school year, are reminded that new daycare forms must be completed on an annual basis. These forms may be obtained by:
- Printing the attached form below
- Picking it up at the Shannon Park office
Please have these forms completed and turned in to the Shannon Park office before August 1. If you have a daycare form on file this year, and will not be using daycare next year, please call the Shannon Park office to let them know so the transportation department can set up bussing from your home address. SAC is considered a daycare, so if your child will be attending SAC you must fill out a daycare form.
