Thank you for your share-outs about the Feedback Article. I appreciate you taking the time to read it. It will be beneficial as we work to improve instruction and student success.
You may send me your lesson plans for the week of January 4th any time before January 3rd. I know a lot of you will complete those near the end of this week while instruction is fresh on your mind!
My favorite part of PLCs this week was listening to you identify the students that will be your “Success Story”. You know your kids, their potential and have faith in them. I can’t wait to watch them grow!
I truly appreciate each of you and feel so blessed to be at MCE! Enjoy the Holiday Break with your families. YOU deserve it!

We are at the half point of the year and I am so excited as we head into the second semester. You have been tweaking your lesson plans, adding more next steps feedback, analyzing student data and naming your success story kids....SO many focused, intentional conversations happening at MCE.
We know that the week heading into the holiday break is full of non-routine schedules. Take a common assessment/go to Christmas play/eat too many sweets/wear an ugly sweater/attend an ARC/exchange ornaments/complete MAP testing/wish a co-worker happy retirement/finish your Secret Santa shopping....so many things happening...some academic, some social but all building memories and connections with our kids. You provide a safe place for our students to grow and learn. Is it easy? Nope. Do our kids need you? Yep. Is it worth it? Absolutely.
Wishing you and your family a wonderful, restful holiday.
