PERSONAL COACHING WITH A RRCA CERTIFIED DISTANCE RUNNING COACH

Coach Cathy will design a 16 week training schedule, which includes specific workouts built around your objectives and goals. You will have continuous feedback along the way. If at any point during the process you have questions, concerns or setbacks, Coach Cathy will be there to adjust your training and get you back on track.

  • Initial consultation (in person, Sykpe or phone)
  • Monthly training schedules for Base/Sharpening/Tapering TOTALLY SUBJECTIVE and designed to fit your fitness level and goals
  • Online interactive daily training schedule and log

  • Basic Nutrition information for training and Race Day
  • E-blasts which will not only explain why you are training the way you are, but take your knowledge and education about running to a new level
  • The option to join the Team on the trail for weekly runs
