We are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, August 7 from 10:00 am to 1:00pm at the Back to School Bash. This is a come and go event in Scantlin Hall (Gym).

Sign in upon arrival, get your yearbook, grab a hotdog - courtesy of our Knights of Columbus, visit with friends, sign up to be a room parent, visit the Kona Ice Truck - courtesy of the Dads' Club, drop off your school supplies and much more!

If you would like to volunteer to work a table and start earning you family service hours, please contact Lisa Griffith. In order to volunteer, your VIRTUS (safe environment) training must be current.

Notes from Nurse Lisa

With just a few weeks of summer remaining, I wanted to send a reminder about required paperwork for the start of school.

New students: a completed Health Report and immunization record -(attached copy to the health report is fine)

3rd-8th grade SPORTS: if your child wants to participate or *thinks* they may want to, a completed Health Report is required prior to participation AND must be dated June 1, 2021 or later. A copy of your child’s immunization record isn’t required unless they received a vaccine(s) within this past year. As of this writing, basketball is the only sport available to grades 3 and 4.

Medication Permission Form: any medication your child requires while at school, prescribed and over-the-counter (ie Tylenol or Advil, hydrocortisone cream, etc).

A student with an allergy requiring an EPiPen must have an Allergy Action Plan on file.

Remember to fill out the Emergency Contact Form too!

These forms can also be found on the website, click on the Admissions tab, then click on Student Health.

Any questions, please contact me. I’m happy to answer your questions!

Family Funraisers Fundraisers

We have partnerships with Amazon, BoxTop$, Kendra Scott, Centre Cleaners, etc. to raise money for Holy Family Catholic School.

What stores or restaurants would you like for us to contact to hold a spirit day/night fundraiser?

Please send Lisa Griffith an email with your choices at lgriffith@hfcsfw.org.
