WMS Information
- Next year, we will be working on the Aligning Academics part of LEAD. This a one day training for our staff and we need your your input on which day you think would be best. Please take a few minutes to take this survey.

- Teachers with LEAD classes piloting Chromebooks - we will meet with those students at the start of LEAD in the training room to gain feedback.

Wellness with Katie Wright
1. If you don't already exercise regularly, add a 10 minute walk to your day. You could get to school 10 minutes earlier and walk the halls, walk in place while you brush your teeth or during commercials of your favorite t.v. show, or grab a buddy and go walk some laps in the gym.
2. Add an extra serving of a fruit or vegetable each day.
3. Make sure to eat a good breakfast each day. It should include lean protein, whole grains, and maybe even some fruit.
4. Stop drinking your calories. If you cut out one 100 calorie drink a day for a year, you can lose around 10 pounds.
5. Take deep breaths throughout the day. This can help you relax and help lower your blood pressure.
