Hunger is in our bodies. It's caused by the brain reading change in the levels of hormones and nutrients in the blood . You can always get hungry because you skip breakfast , lunch and dinner . Or because on a diet . If you speed eating you get full faster. If you take longer to chew your food you'll stay full longer . Sleep deprivation also lead to increase in the production of hunger , including the hormones .
Why do people get mad when they are hungry?
The phenomenon whereby some people get grumpy and short-tempered when they’re overdue for a feed. But where does the anger come from ? And why is that why only some people seem to get angry? The answer lies in some of the processes that happen inside your body when it needs food . The carbohydrates proteins and fats and everything you eat are digested into simple sugars ( such as glucose ) amino acids and free fatty acids . This nutrients pass into blood streams from where they are distributed to your organs and tissues . And used for energies .
Why when people get bored they eat ?
Some families have noticed that their children and grandchildren , That when they are bored is to turn to food for something to do . Stomach in addition to holding the food , it's also a mixer and grinder . The stomach secretes acid and powerful enzymes that continue the process of breaking down the food . From there it goes to the Small Intestine is a long tube loosely coiled in the abdomen . It continues the process of breaking down the food by using enzymes released by the pancreas and bile from liver . Is also at work in this organ , moving food through and mixing it up wit digestive secretions .
