Hunger is in our bodies. It's caused by the brain reading change in the levels of hormones and nutrients in the blood . You can always get hungry because you skip breakfast , lunch and dinner . Or because on a diet . If you speed eating you get full faster. If you take longer to chew your food you'll stay full longer . Sleep deprivation also lead to increase in the production of hunger , including the hormones .

Why do people get mad when they are hungry?

The phenomenon whereby some people get grumpy and short-tempered when they’re overdue for a feed. But where does the anger come from ? And why is that why only some people seem to get angry? The answer lies in some of the processes that happen inside your body when it needs food . The carbohydrates proteins and fats and everything you eat are digested into simple sugars ( such as glucose ) amino acids and free fatty acids . This nutrients pass into blood streams from where they are distributed to your organs and tissues . And used for energies .

Why when people get bored they eat ?

Some families have noticed that their children and grandchildren , That when they are bored is to turn to food for something to do . What's even more entertaining is that the same habits we witness children are also found on some adults as well what does this all have to do with boredom eating ? Well it's possible that when were in a malaise so are our dopa mine neurons . When we boredom eat what were doing is trying them up so we can feel excited again.

The noise is coming from your stomach . The result of muscular contractions of you intestinal wall combined with presences of liquid and gas . I's is a perfectly normal function and one that occurs most of the day . Growling doesn't only come from the stomach but , just as often can be heard from the small insistence . Growling is typically laughter when the stomach and the quintessences are empty and so the organs consents don't muffle the noise . Your intestines tend to quiet down when you're sleeping but a complete absence of bowel sound can actually be a sign of medical emergency , especially if it's accompanied by severe abdominal pain . If you hear your stomach growling , it's likely because your stomach and intestines are engaged in a process called migrating motor complex (MMC) . This typically occurs when your stomach and intestines have been empty for about two hours .

The mouth is the beginning of the digestive tract , in fact digestion starts have as soon as you take the fist bite of meal . Throat also called pharynx the throat is the next destination for food you've eaten from here the travels to the esophagus or swallowing tube . Esophagus , is a muscular tube es-tending from the pharynx to the stomach . Esophagus delivers food to the stomach . The "valve " meant to keep food from passing backwards into the esophagus . Stomach in addition to holding the food , it's also a mixer and grinder . The stomach secretes acid and powerful enzymes that continue the process of breaking down the food . From there it goes to the Small Intestine is a long tube loosely coiled in the abdomen . It continues the process of breaking down the food by using enzymes released by the pancreas and bile from liver . Is also at work in this organ , moving food through and mixing it up wit digestive secretions .
