  • Have negative and limiting beliefs and feel like they are holding you back;
  • Have poor self-esteem
  • You understand that you are the direct reflection of your thoughts and looking for ways to elevate and transform your thoughts and life.

Brighter days are on their way, with spring just around the corner. Life isn't always easy, but here are some daily affirmations to get you through the hard times!

Spread Love on Good Samaritan Day

Carry out selfless acts throughout March, but especially on the 13th- Good Samaritan Day. Kindness should always be celebrated! However, I adore the idea of actively seeking out ways to spread joy. I have this belief that we all carry around empty buckets of love, and to fill our own, we must fill others. It’s a win-win; we feel good, they feel good. Here are some ways to spread love through March

  • Pay it forward in the drive-through line
  • Complement your cashier
  • Let someone go ahead of you in the checkout line
  • Donate blood
  • Bake a treat for your neighbors/ coworkers
  • Pick up trash
  • Call a family member you don't speak to a lot
  • Clean out your closet and donate to a local charity
  • Leave post-it affirmations around your house and office
  • Return your shopping cart to the corral
