How to set up your online password reset tool.

Avoid the break in workflow/network access by setting up your password reset tool in advance. If you have this set up, you will be able to reset your own password. See the instructions below for doing so.

Get a network password reset sent directly to your external email address.

We are encouraging all staff to register for the new On-Line password reset tool so that you can quickly reset your password in case you have forgotten it.

In order to use this tool, you are required to register for the system. Please follow through with the on screen prompts in order to complete the registration process. You will require access to either an external email account (non Dufferin-Peel), or external phone (call or text) to complete the registration process.

To reset a password using the tool, please use this link:
https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/


If a student is unable to access the DP network at school, please have them consult with the school based designate assigned to reset network passwords.
