Weekly Look Fors:
Instructional: PSSA Strategies: As we draw closer and closer to state testing, ensure the following:
- Daily update of your classroom count-down calendar
- Integration of PSSA Do Now questions daily
- Teach scholars to use their tools (calculators, formula sheets, writer check-lists, etc)
Cultural: Positive Framing: As we redirect scholars throughout the day, consider how we are framing. Instead of “sit alone or next to someone you won’t be tempted to talk to.” Try “think about what you can do to help yourself concentrate.”

PSSA Pump Up Breakfast: Monday, April 15th
