8th Grade Update
January 12, 2018
Dear 8th Grade Students and Families,
Happy Friday!
This Monday we will not have school in observation of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Keeping the words of MLK in mind on top of this year's March for Life theme Love Saves Lives, let us all recommit ourselves to spreading hope, love, and cheer throughout our community. I challenge each of you to honor MLK this Monday by doing one simple act of love. Up for the challenge? Snap a photo of you in action and bring it to share out on Tuesday!
Uniform Reminder: the days are cold and layering up is essential! However, please remember that your layers need to be a part of the Sacred Heart uniform. Be sure to bring in those fleeces and hoodies - you never know what the temperature will be like on the 3rd floor. We want those brains nice and warm so that you can end quarter 2 with a bang!
Catholic Schools Week is coming up at the end of the month. Check out the details below in the events section and get ready to show some love for our important community members. :)
Enjoy your long weekend and stay warm!
Love,
Ms. K
