"How ghastly for her, people are actually thinking, with their brains, and right next door. Oh, the travesty of it all." -Gail Carriger
Who am I?
My Brain
Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like stucture, control, clarity, focuse, direction, respnsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking. However, sometimes I need more sontaneity, expression, nurturing, social and interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract and conceptual thinking.
Decision Making
Directive Style
When making decisions I tend to follow the Directive Style. People with that decision making style are practical, forceful, is an authoritarian, needs power, and enjoys tangible rewards. Others may percieve my decision making as impersonal, ridgid, and controlling. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for structure, goal-orrientation, or where power and authority are important.
My Personality Type
#1 BLUE
I have a blue personality type. That means that I am very concerned with feellings. I am friendly, optimistic, and nurturing. When I communicate I express emotion, am mannerly and inderect. It frusterates me when when others are negative, cause conflict, and are rude.
