In the Forest of Faith

By: Faith Forrest

The Undergrowth

Just like a forest, every person has something beneath the surface, a personality.

Unique. That's what we are. How many times have you found a person that thinks just like you or acts like you? If your honest, you would say never, but why is that?

In My Left Mind?

We all think different because we use different parts of our brains for different problems or situations. For me, I use mainly my left brain, rather than my right brain. This means that I am more concrete an not as creative.

Blue, Green, Gold, or Orange?

I have a "blue" personality type. This means that I communicate personally, and express emtion, while being very mannerly and indirect for the fear of hurting an other's feelings. When I listen, I foncus on more than the words. I watch the tone and body language to try and decide how I feel about the speaker, if I feel the speaker is sincere, then the message will be heard. A few things that upset me are negativity, conflict, and rudeness.

Chill Out!

Have you ever seen those people who stress and freak out over everything that hapens? This means that they have a high stress level, for me, it's a different story. My stress level is 15, which is very LOW, so this means that I don't stress as much or as severely .

Be a team player!

Different people naturally take different roles in a group. For me, I usually take the role of supporter. This means that I am the one that does what needs to be done for the succes of the group. You could also be a director, which means that you take charge and direct the group, or you could be an analyzer, and this means that you analyze what is being done and what the group is doing. Lastly you could be a creator which means that you come up with the creative ideas to help the group be succesful.

You can do it!

I have a motivation level of 55, while this isn't crazy low, there is still room for improvement!
