Three-Way Conferences
Three-Way Conferences, which include face-to-face conversations between your child, the teacher, and parent(s), centered on learning, are vital checkpoints in assessment and learning success. Conversations guided by evidence of learning and a celebration of progress as well as goal setting for future growth are fundamental for continued growth and success.
Student/Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held from 5:00pm – 8:00pm on Monday November 6th and from 5:00pm – 8:00pm on Wednesday November 8th (individual times for teachers may vary).

Festival Du Livre
Mme Heather is happy to have parents come and visit! Come a couple of minutes early for your interviews or stay a couple of minutes after and see the all the wonderful new French books available for purchase.
Did you know that for every $10 you spend at the Festival up to $6 comes directly back to our school?
The flyer also contains a special Family Event Draw ballot that parents (or students) can drop off. You could win $25 in books.

Monday & Wednesday: 8:45-11:45am, 1-3pm, 3:25 - 3:45pm (find Mme Heather outside if she's not in the library), 4:45-8pm
Tuesday: 8:30-11:45am, 1-3pm, 3:25-3:45pm
Thursday: 8:30am-12:30pm.

- Christmas Card & Perogy fundraiser forms due Monday, November 6th. Need an extra day? We will gladly accept orders on November 7.
- Club Moo program is in desperate need for volunteers. Can you space 30 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday's to deliver milk to the classrooms (with the help of some awesome students)? Please contact our Club Moo coordinator, Natalie Lavigne at pchefnatalielavigne@outlook.com
- Playground Replacement Project: We are looking for more committee members. We are hoping to have our first meeting after the fall break. Email epkparentcouncil@gmail.com to learn more or participate in the committee
