A year of mindfulness in 2015

One year ago I sat down with a friend, and the Unraveling the Year Ahead, by Susannah Conway. It was a journaling activity designed to help you reflect on 2014 and figure out your focus, and your one little word, for 2015. After reflecting, mindfulness was the only word I could choose for my focus in 2015.

Onward to 2016

Part of my reflection at this time of year is to look back at my focus on mindfulness. The other part is to look forward to my new focus. What do I want to have in the forefront of my mind as I enter this new year?
