It's Butter Braid Time!

At Phillipston Memorial School

Order Forms have been sent home!

The time has arrived for our annual Butter Braid fundraiser. This is a school run fundraiser with all of the proceeds going to defray the costs of your child’s class field trip. It is always well-received and a successful fundraiser. We hope you can be a part of it! If you choose not to sell Butter Braids, donations are greatly appreciated, (and will go towards your child’s classroom), please make checks payable to: Phillipston Memorial School.

Butter Braids are frozen pastry breads that come with a variety of fillings. They cost $12.50 each, with some new value packs being offered at a discounted price. They are a great item to keep in your freezer, and many families purchase them for the holidays. Our delivery will be in time for Easter. They are super easy to prepare and they taste fabulous!

This year we will be doing selling incentives:

  • Top selling class will receive extra recess time!

  • Top 2 sellers from each class, will be having lunch with the principal!

  • Preschool top sellers will have snack and story time with the principal!

Our sale will begin on Monday, February 8, 2016. Orders, with payment, will be due back to school no later than Thursday, February 25, 2016. All checks made payable to: Phillipston Memorial School.

Our delivery date is scheduled for Tuesday, March 8. Pick up will begin at 3:00 p.m. Please note that Butter Braids need to be back in the freezer as soon as possible. We will attempt to send small orders home with students (up to five items). Larger orders will be required to be picked up. We will let you know if your order needs to be picked up based on its size.

Thank you in advance for your support. Thank you for supporting this great fundraiser!
