Student Services

School Based SAT

Juniors will be administered the SAT on Wednesday, March 22nd. Testing begins at 8:30 and ends approximately at 1:00. Students are asked to bring their school-based laptop fully charged with their power cords.

Please note that the juniors will most likely not make the 12:30pm bus departure time. There will be the normal bus departure time of 3:30pm.

PSAT 10

This year we will be administering the PSAT 10 to all 10th graders on March 22nd. This is a practice standardized assessment made specifically for sophomores. It measures readiness for college and practice for the SAT. The SAT is a college admissions assessment and also the NH state assessment. Juniors take the school based SAT in early spring of their junior year. Testing begins at 8:30 and ends approximately at 12:00.

Senior Year Notes

Senior Project News

The Senior Project research checkpoint was moved to Friday due to the cancellation of school on Tuesday and Wednesday. Seniors should have met with their mentors and shared their completed Works Cited page, and evidence of research that was drawn from a minimum of 10 sources and included minimum of 10 pages of notes.

Wednesday, March 22 is a Senior Project work day. This day provides an opportunity for seniors to meet with their outside experts, travel to research sites, arrange logistics for their applied pieces, or even begin working on their final presentation. Seniors who are currently up-to-date with senior project work and have passed all checkpoints have the ability to work off-campus on this day. Students who have not completed one or more checkpoints will receive a separate communication outlining their status and will be required to attend school on March 22 to work with the support of a staff member on getting caught up.

In preparation for this day, each senior must develop a plan as to how they will use their time on this day. Students should complete this form as soon as possible, if they have not done so already. Students will also follow up with their mentors after 3/22 to review the progress they made on their project on this day. Ultimately, the completed project is to be presented to your panel for review in just over a month on Thursday, April 20. Community presentations will begin on May 18.
