Wellness Wednesday Topic: Pause & Look Up

Pause. Right now. Stop what you're doing. Look up. Notice what is happening around you. Put this screen down and look up. What do you see? What colors and textures do you notice? Does anything stand out? Do it now.

This morning as I stood on duty in The Commons, I kept looking out the back windows toward the bus parking lot and thinking: WOW! We often have beautiful sunrises that paint our back windows like a masterpiece, but this morning was extraordinary. It made me think about how many times we miss something exceptional because we are not pausing and looking up.
