Have many similarities to Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Behavior Therapy.
Behavior Therapy
Practitioners focus on directly observable behavior, current determinants of behavior, learning experiences that promote change, tailoring treatment strategies to individual client , and rigorous assessment and evaluation.
The four areas of development are classical conditioning, operant conditioning, social learning approach and cognitive behavior therapy.
