Have many similarities to Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Behavior Therapy.

Behavior Therapy

Practitioners focus on directly observable behavior, current determinants of behavior, learning experiences that promote change, tailoring treatment strategies to individual client , and rigorous assessment and evaluation.

The four areas of development are classical conditioning, operant conditioning, social learning approach and cognitive behavior therapy.

Uses the ABC Model

Which Therapy I prefer?

The therapy I would choose is Cognitive Behavior Therapy because of the fact it has the ABC Model. I also prefer this therapy because it helps with any kind of cognitive behavior and the therapist gives you an assessment
