Reflection Corner: Palm Sunday
As we begin HOLY WEEK with the celebration of Palm Sunday each year, we reflect on the dramatic entrance of Jesus to Jerusalem. He is hailed by the crowd as a King and be mocked and accused a week later. Jesus’ message of salvation indeed surprised and disappointed a lot of people. Only few people embraced his message to seek first his kingdom - a kingdom of humility, peace and humble service not of power and privilege. Let us pray that through this week, we may share Christ’s dying and rising through our sacramental life.
PRAYER:
Lord, as we commemorate your entry to Jerusalem, enter into our lives, our homes and cities, once again today, heal us Lord. Transform us and rise with us as we renew our commitment to you. Amen.
