A Weekly Look at Grant Elementary School & the Grant PTA
Week of April 15, 2019
A Message from Principal Grey:
Have you seen our new Maker's Cart in our soon to be STEAM Lab at Grant? It is equipped with materials like dowels, pullies, gears, markers, paints, wires, wheels, fasteners, propellers and SO MUCH MORE!
You can help our STEAM Lab dreams come true by contributing to our fund to hire a Science Coordinator. This educator will support an early introduction to engineering, exploratory learning, coding, tinkering, and collaboration. No donation is too small for a vision this BIG!

Grant PTA Meeting, 4/18
Hooray for a decrease in tardies!
State Testing for grades 3-6
Perhaps most importantly, please do not schedule appointments for your student during the school day in the next 3 weeks. Your student will have to make up the test at a different time and that can be challenging. If you already have an appointment scheduled and it cannot be moved, please let your teacher know as soon as possible.
