Graduation 2020 - Program details!

Friday June 12, 2020 Graduation

The Crestwood School District will be honoring our class of 2020 during these unprecedented times with a non-traditional graduation program on Friday June 12, 2020. Our recognition begins with a special vehicle procession lead by our local police and fire company starting at approximately 4:00 PM.

  • The procession will travel RT 309 S to Church Rd and return to our campus.
  • Cars will enter the campus, continue to travel in a single file line in front of the school, serpentine through the front parking lot, then to the left of the school by the baseball field down to the field house where the graduate will be recognized and honored individually.

Special added features:

  • Graduates and their families will be able to watch the ceremony on two large LED displays on campus during the vehicle procession.
  • Listen via live streaming on Facebook or on cable TV station WYLN.
  • Upon arrival at the Field House area, teachers will support the need for social distancing by staggering the graduates exit from cars and facilitating the mandated six feet separation guidelines.
  • Students, with full safety protocols in place, will walk across a stage to receive their diploma cover and be recognized.
  • All parents and family members are required to remain in their vehicles at all times.
  • LifeTouch photographers will photograph every graduate receiving their diploma cover at no charge.
  • Parents and family members may also take photos from the car but may not exit the vehicle.
  • Once recognized, graduates will then return to their car and proceed down the hill and exit the campus via South Main Road.
  • Diplomas and certificates of achievement earned by the graduate will be mailed to graduate’s homes.

Keep your eye on the SENIOR CLASS WEB PAGE for updates!

What about my 6th grader moving to the Secondary Campus?

No worries! We will schedule an orientation for our 7th grade students before school starts in the fall. All of our FAQ’s as well as locker set up and tours of the building will be at that time.

Please ask have the uniform bagged in the CSD garment bag and tagged with the students name. If it's a color guard uniform bag it up and tag it with the students name.

If you need to pick up an instrument or anything else that was left in the room please email by June 3rd with details of the items and possibly where she can find it in the band room.

You will need to turn in the full uniform in order to receive your diploma.

Secondary Campus - It's time for us to clean your lockers!!

Please STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE AND WAIT IN LINE during this process. We will have pre-bagged the material from lockers for you using all COVID-19 safety protocols. Please be patient as we work as quickly as possible to bring your bagged materials to your vehicles.

pick up between 10AM - 2PM according to this schedule

Student last names beginning with H, I, J, K and L - Tuesday May 26

Student last names beginning with M, N, O, and P - Thursday May 28

Student last names beginning with Q, R, and S - Tuesday June 2

Student last names beginning with - T, U, V, W, X, Y, and Z Thursday June 4

Missed your day? No problem, just come on a Tues/Thurs and be patient,

we will go get your belongings for you.

If you have students who have different last names, you can pick the time period for one of your students and you will be able to get materials for all of your children. Please be patient, this may take us a little longer to retrieve those belongings.

Your student does not have to be in the car to pick up materials and you can have other people pick up materials for your child. The person picking up the materials must have your child’s name, grade level, and combination to the lock (if there is a lock in use)

Information regarding elementary age students will come directly from the building principal

How about all of those school books that I have at home?

Some of you still need those books to complete the assignments teachers are providing you so please keep them until August! When we schedule our 2020 - 2021 school year locker set up days, we will collect last year's books then.

If you are a graduating senior or are moving out of the District, you may return them when you pick up your personal possessions from lockers over the next two weeks.
