Five Ducklings Disappear at Local Zoo
On September 23,2011, five ducklings disappeared at the Henry Doorly Zoo. We suspect that they could smell the fish in the freshwater aquarium and went searching for the food. The feeders of the ducks heard the mother honking in despair looking for her ducklings, so the feeder went into the aviary trying to calm her down when he saw that the ducklings were missing. When the feeder walked around the aviary looking for them, he discovered that the door was open between the aquarium and the duck’s aviary. The feeder( Mark Holmberg) told us that after seeing that, he automatically went into the aquarium. He searched in all of the tanks in the aquarium and he couldn't find the ducks, so he told the feeders of the fish to keep a watch out for them. The feeders( Jessica Newman and Heather Goldberg) always made sure to put out food for the ducklings before they locked up so that the ducklings would not be hungry. They were surprised to see the food gone in the morning, so they searched again. Jessica Newman found the ducklings swimming in the water around eleven in the morning . The ducklings are now being treated at the zoo and will be released into their aviary tomorrow. The management at the zoo is making changes to the aviary to make it so that these five ducklings won't be able to disappear again.

My Arugment About School Uniforms
I think that school uniforms would not be a good idea for a lot of reasons. One reason is because we should be able to express ourselves and show our individually through our clothing. I feel that some kids wouldn't like uniforms, and then they would leave our school and that wouldn't be good for our school to lose students. Another reason I feel like we should not wear uniforms is because we could be different from our peers with our clothing. My last reason is that on P.E. days for grade school and middle school, kids wouldn’t be able to change out of dress pants and polos, and they would be very uncomfortable, whereas if we didn’t have uniforms everyone could perform better physically and mentally.
