Diagnose & Design of Math for SDI and Tier 3 Interventions
Join the PLAEA Math team in collaboration with PLAEA Special Education Consultants to learn more about your role in MTSS and use of the Georgia Numeracy materials to guide instruction for SDI or Tier 3 Interventions. These days of learning include of a variety time options to participate in order to accommodate schedules and will be delivered remotely through Zoom.
This course includes collaboration around implementation of assessments and instruction between AEA staff and the participating teachers.
It is also available for license renewal credit and requires participants to purchase assessment materials. This learning opportunity is geared for K-8 special education teachers and math interventionists providing Tier 3 interventions
Dates & Other Details - Cohort 2
Class will be offered from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Aug. 31at the PLAEA office in Pocahontas. Participants can choose from two-hour Zoom sessions - one offered in the morning and the other in the afternoon on both of these dates: Sept. 9 or Sept. 21

Class will be offered from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 8 at the PLAEA office in Pocahontas. Participants can choose from two-hour Zoom sessions - one offered in the morning and the other in the afternoon on both of these dates: Nov. 17 or Nov. 30.
