Class of 2020 Student and Parent Information
We are working collaboratively to share in an experience that will highlight your successes, and your well-deserved accolades. Below is a summary of events that are scheduled to celebrate the Class of 2020. I am excited to announce that in partnership with the Conejo Valley Unified School District, Thousand Oaks Police Department, and Conejo Park and Recreation District, we are coordinating a drive up diploma ceremony!
Please know that if guidelines from the county and state related to large gatherings change, NPHS and the school district will adjust current plans accordingly. We have received inquiries about hosting a formal graduation at a later day, however we will not have access to all senior students after June. Many graduates will soon leave for post-secondary opportunities including military assignments, summer internships, mission trips, employment opportunities and/or relocating for college/university admissions. We have an obligation and desire to honor all of our graduating seniors. However, if and when conditions permit, we will explore the possibility of bringing our seniors back for their Senior Picnic or another similar social event. For now, I am rolling out plans that apply to our current reality. For reference please find the most recent "Safely Reopening Ventury County" Public Health Officer order from May 7th here.
Please review all of the information for all of the activities and events coming up to celebrate the Class of 2020. Have a great day!
