Captain's Log
PASS CHRISTIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT
Ahoy, Pirates!
Each week, I work to provide an uplifting introduction to each newsletter. This week I found myself motivated by the words of our faculstaff and administrative team. Mrs. Gresham's message in the PCHS Log regarding taking time to enjoy teaching resonated with me as did the ideas shared in the other three Logs. If you want to know about the importance of teacher motivation, check out the DES Log. Do you find that you wonder what happens to students in the final term? View the video in the PCES Log to learn more. Or, maybe you need to be encouraged to "lean in" as we enter this final nine weeks to ensure we finish strong. You would want to read Dr. Bellipanni's compelling appeal to dig in as she used self talk to make it to the finish line this past Saturday. Whatever you need to kick start your week, we have it available to you. Thank you all for understanding our mission and for growing our students toward it by working within our beliefs. Your commitment is very evident in your works.
I would be remiss if I did not thank the 5K committee for a job well done. Saturday was a great day! We had runners from across the coast who had an opportunity to see how our community comes together for our children. Our students, teachers, and administrators even earned their way to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place stands. Congratulations to all! I was a very proud "SUPER" {literally} this Saturday.
With that, I submit the Captain's Log. #2020vision #committedtoeXcellence #eXcellencemarksthespot cje
