Winter is coming!

Half term has been and gone, pumpkins are all but a thing of the past and we have entered the lead up to the end of the first term of this academic year. This can be a challenging time, the clocks have gone back and the duvet seems magnetic so with this in mind, we have put some interesting bite-size information to keep you going. We have a superb EDI toolkit from Sam Coles, information and support from ALS, the functional skills team have let us know how they can help and Petra Hosey has given us some E-track guidance.

As you are all aware, the implementation of E-track is moving forward, so here are some helpful videos and guides you can access. https://sd.centralnottingham.ac.uk/staff/login/index.php

Each Curriculum area has been provided with a dedicated e-track support person as follows:

Petra Hosey Construction, Engineering, Functional Skills & ALS

Patrick Pemsel Sport, Science and Business

Deborah Dury EMTEC & Lifestyle (supported by Petra)

There are regular Etrack focus group meetings where users can get together and discuss how they are using the system and share good practice. Everyone is welcome and moving forward we would like users to host the session and add to the agenda items. The next Etrack focus group session is on Thursday 26th November 9.00am@ Ruddingon Phase 4 Room 7 all are welcome to come along to share ideas
