Staff Updates
- Social Dues are to be paid to Trina or Taylor. They are 30 for full-time employees and 15 for part-time or specials teachers. They are due by September 29th.
- Thank you to those of you that have donated to United Way for Jeans Days. Please remember that these jeans days are still professional jeans days unless I've stated otherwise. Also remember that if I call a spirit day, you will not need to donate that week. If we have a Pride Assembly on Fridays, please do not donate to wear jeans those days either. Thank you! :)
- Make sure all training videos are completed by September 30th.
- Make sure that you are correctly supervising students out on the playground. You should all be separated and on opposite sides of the playground.
- Mini-Grants are on the school website. Please fill these out and turn them in. The deadline is September 22nd. You never know, you could be the next winner!!! :) The maximum budget is 300.00. If you need help, let me know.
- Care-Teams are starting soon. Before your meeting, please update the Care-Team forms shared with you. If you need help finding this, please let me know. To fully Care-Team a student, a parent interview MUST be sent home. You can always put a student on the watch list before fully Care-Teaming them.
- We have had a few new students come these last few weeks. Make sure they take their STAR tests, DRA's, Envision's Pre-Tests, and SLO's. Please update me with these scores so I can change BSIP scores if need be.
- Students who are here 80% or more of the time in the SLO window, must be counted.
- Make sure you are uploading your Reading and Math SLO templates and handing me your approval checklists. If you don't want to hit submit in Google Classroom that's fine at this point, but please go on and upload both so I can look them over. Once I have looked them over and all pre-test scores and growth targets have been entered, you can then hit submit. Let me know if you have any questions.
- When you take your first Fundations test, make sure to share your Fundations Tracker with Sheri, Liz, Sheryl, and myself. If you need help with this let me know!
