**Jaguars Lead the Way** 8/21/20 Vol. 4
Message from the Principal
Hola Jaguar Parents and Families!
We have just completed our 2nd week of Remote Learning. It has been exciting to see our Jaguars actively engaged and participating online. During our Advisory period this week, we were able to recognize all of our students who have received Honors for the last semester of the 19-20 school year. Our teaching staff has dedicated countless hours preparing for this semester and their hard work is paying off. It is extremely important that as we continue our road to success, we have our students reciprocating their effort.
I am well aware of the obstacles that we have been facing recently with Covid-19, Remote Learning and Extreme Weather Conditions. However, despite these factors, we will continue to have high academic standards and expectations for our students. Please keep in mind that our Teaching Staff at RCLA is a talented group of individuals who are able to lead the way during these challenging times. I am encouraging all of our students to dedicate themselves to their academic goals under the leadership and guidance of our Teachers.
Lastly, please reach out to our front office if you need anything: We are always looking forward to partnering with you. Mrs. Gonzalez for any School Related Information, Ms. Contreras in Attendance, and Mrs. Alanis in Counseling. They have their contact information below. Also, I look forward to hearing from you as well and you can reach me personally at rpalomo@sjrcla.org. Be safe this weekend and we will see all of our Jaguars on Monday morning, Aug. 24th at 9 am in 1st period!
Please email me if you have any questions or would like to have a meeting online! You can reach me at rpalomo@sjrcla.org
