Starting Monday May 4th - Yoga for Beginners

Have you been wanting to try yoga and do not know where to start?

Come experience yoga in a safe, intimate and open setting where everyone is welcome. Come learn the basics to attend any yoga class and have fun learning!

The environment is friendly, inviting and you are welcome to try or not try anything offered within the class without any judgement or explanation! You are free to be you and anyone can try it out! Resting when you need to is encouraged, listening to your body and it's needs is recommended and respecting ourselves and each other is expected.

Mondays 7:00p.m - 8:15p.m - Beginners welcome!

Try 2 for $20 - Try 2 classes out for $20 and must be used within the month.

Wednesdays Gentle Flow 12:00p.m - 1:00p.m Mixed level - Beginners welcome!

Meet your Instructor- Teresa Principe of StariaYoga

Teresa Principe is a Transformational Yoga Teacher, Lifestyle Coach, Mother and Intuitive. She has her 300hr RYT Certification in Prana Flow Yoga and has trainings in many yogic backgrounds to include Therapeutic yoga with trainings in Restorative, and Thai Yoga Massage. Other Yoga Trainings include experiences with Anusara, Ashtanga, Iyengar inspired, Power Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Meditation, and other therapeutic modalities.. She holds a B.S.B.A in Marketing and Communications, has been teaching for well over 8 years and has been practicing and studying yoga for well over 13 years. She has studies and experience with a variety of perspectives including Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Allopathy and Homeopathy modalities, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Massage Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, and continues to study and explore. Originally from Rochester, Teresa has lived in Boston, MA and London, England and her travels both vast and wide bring her experiences home to share the light and healing with others so they too can continue to spread the love onwards and up.
