Congratulations....Yukon Huskies!

Congratulations to our Yukon Huskies. We had almost 150 students participate in our PTA's Reflection Program. This program provides opportunites for our students to express themselves through arts. They can submit under the categories of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts. This years theme was "Show your Voice."

Special congratualtions to our students who have moved onto our district competition:

Ellie Serrano, 2nd Grade

Isla Kenworthy, 3rd Grade

Joshua Saavedra, 3rd Grade

This 2022-2023 school year, Ms. Jessie Wi was the recipient of the Outstanding Teacher Award. She currently teaches 5th grade at Yukon and devotes countless hours and service in providing several programs such as GATE, Accelerated Math, Math Field Day, Pentathlon, just to name a few. Congratulations to her outstanding dedication and service to our school and community.

The Honary Service Award was presented to Shelly Contreras, Yukon's health clerk. She tirelessly serves our school in ensuring student and staff safety and good health. She welcomes and helps everyone who walks into her office with love and care. Her support and service is much appreciated by our Yukon community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate our students and staff. What an amazing night.
