• There is a mandatory trip meeting on April 5th at 7 pm in the DHS Auditorium. A parent and the student going on the trip must be present at the meeting.
• TMF sent our an email asking for tshirt sizes. Please respond to that email so we can get the correct shirt size.
• Please email me at jeffrey.keyes@comalisdisd.org by Friday, March 25 if you have any food allergies.
• We will be signing up for hotel rooms this week on the following schedule. Seniors and Juniors on Monday, Sophomores on Tuesday, and Freshmen on Wednesday.
• All trip fees must be paid in full to TMF by March 20th (today).
  

We are having Band Booster Exec Board Elections at our April Band Booster Meeting on April 18th at 6:30 pm in the DHS Auditorium. Here are requirements to vote from our bylaws.

• Have a student currently enrolled and active in program.
• Have paid Davenport Band Boosters membership dues. The yearly all-inclusive membership fee per family shall be determined by the Executive Board each year ($15). Each adult person's name listed on the membership roster, taken from the sign-up forms, shall be considered a voting member, with up to two votes per family.
• Have paid annual band obligations or paid to date on approved payment plan.
• Adhere to CISD Code of Conduct.
