Water is the single most important nutrient of life.

1) Without water, no metabolic and physiological processes within the body can occur.

2) Water is necessary for the movement of nutrients to the cells.

3) Removes waste products from these cells.

I believe this is the most important nutrient becuase humans can not go long without water. Water is what 70%-75% of your body weight is made up of. Also water helps get unwanted waste out of our human bodies. Some processes in the body can't even HAPPEN without water! Do you think water is important? Or the most important?
