This of helped them with getting food and shelter to live in so they wouldn;t have as many fights over their struggles.

PARENTING

However, a court can take these rights away from a parent if he or she violates the law, or in the father's case, never claims paternity. Jeannette could of lost her parents when the welfare guy came around and they were always alone because the parents were always working late. They could of lost their children because of these reasons Severe neglection, Long-term alcohol or drug-induced incapacity of the parent(s), Failure to support or maintain contact with the child, and Abuse or neglect of other children in the household.

Educational Neglect Versus Truancy

If a child is under age 12, his or her failure to attend school is presumed to be the crime of educational neglect committed by the child's parents/guardians. If the child is age 12 or older, his or her failure to attend school is presumed to be truancy. The presumption of whether a child's absence from school is deemed educational neglect or truancy can be overcome with evidence to the contrary. Yes, because the kids missed so many days of school while moving and on the road.
