Support from our Parents and PTA!

Thanks to a very supportive and passionate group of people, so much has happened during these first seven weeks of school! Beginning well before the school bell rang on the first day of school, our PTA has been hard at work providing for our teachers, coordinating special treats and events for the kids, and serving the campus in a variety of ways. Without the devotion and commitment of our parents, Bette Perot would be a very different place. From the bottom of my heart...Thank you!!!!!

KISD Visioning Initiative Needs your Voice

We want to be sure you are aware of the initiative the District is embarking upon for the 2017-18 school year. Combined with the voice of all members of the Keller ISD community, we will craft a vision for the future of education in KISD. An important and challenging part of this process is ensuring that everyone knows that we are doing this. I’m reaching out to you to make sure that you are aware, but also to ask you to please consider taking part in the process.

The link below takes you to our KISD Visioning site. It explains everything there. Whatever you can do to help us engage as a parent, would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to reach out to students and other community and business members as well. Thank you for your support of Keller ISD – we look forward to hearing our community’s voice!

Save the Date...BPES Career Day

There are so many interesting career opportunities available to our students. We want our kids to be exposed to all of the possibilities. In order to do that, we need your help. If you would be interested in sharing what you do with our kids, we would love to have you join us on November 17th. For more information, see the flier below and watch for it to come home with your child.

Lunch Accounts

Please be sure to add funds to your child's lunch account if he/she will be purchasing meals at school. This can be accomplished by sending funds (cash or check) in with your child or linking to Parent Online and loading funds electronically. Through the Parent Online system, you are able to set alerts for a designated low balance in the account, load the account, and track purchases.

Birthday Celebrations

Birthdays are pretty special around here. Our kids are always so anxious to begin their day with being a part of BPE Live for their TV debut. They look forward to sharing birthday treats with friends. In the spirit of ensuring the birthday celebration goes as well as possible, please remember to...

  • Coordinate with the teacher so she can incorporate the celebration into the plan for the day and anticipate scheduling conflicts.
  • Bring store/bakery bought cookies or donuts with the ingredients on the packaging
  • Save the birthday decorations/balloons for home.
