Ryde and Conditioning BootCamp w/Carolyn & Stacey

Join Carolyn in our upstairs cycling studio for a 25 minute workout and then hop off the bike and join Stacey in our downstairs fitness studio for 25 a minute Bootcamp Style workout.


These classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday in April from 3pm to 4pm. Classes are open to students age 14 to 19. Student rates available. $10 drop in rate per class. All purchases and reservation can be made online.


These classes are perfect for all levels so if you are a student looking to find a fitness routine or a student-athlete in between sports, these classes are exactly what you need.
