December News
Our teachers are on campus daily and working with small groups of students to more closely support their academic needs. We also have our Intermediate School computer lab available upon reservation for our students who need access to technology to access their Class Dojo. We are offering two sessions daily, 8:00-11:00 and 12:00-3:00. Transportation is provided for our 8:00-11:00 scheduled micro-groups and for reserved spots in our computer lab. The updated bus schedule is on our school website

Please call our office for more information or if you would like to reserve a time for your child in our computer lab.
Micro Groups
Each of our teachers has developed a schedule to support students in specific academic areas to help meet their needs. Not only does this give students some one-on-one time with their teachers, but it allows their teacher to really focus on exactly what that student may need. Thank you for your willingness to bring your Tiny Tigers to us and for all the flexibility and grace you have shown as we work through these ever changing days.

Annual Public Notice for Homeless Children & Youth
Kingman Academy of Learning is committed to creating equal educational opportunities for all children. The district strives to ensure that homeless children and youth have access to a free, appropriate public education that is comparable to that provided to the children of any Arizona resident and consistent with Arizona's mandatory school attendance laws. It is our goal that all children and youth experiencing homelessness will be immediately enrolled in school based on availability and will have educational opportunities equal to those of their non-homeless peers. Homeless students will not be stigmatized or segregated on the basis of their status as homeless. Full details on the Homeless Children and Youth policy can be found here: http://kaolaz.org/home/AZ088620204/District%20Office/HCY_Plan.pdf
