Twin Peaks Middle School

Weekly RAM Newsletter

A Brief Note from Dr. Burke

Dear RAM families,

I want to thank those of you who have provided input to our Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) via Thoughtexhcange. We really do appreciate the feedback. I love this new tool because like you, I can easily go in and see which ideas are bubbling to the top. We will be discussing your thoughts with our team and will consider them as we look to build a better Twin Peaks. If you haven't yet shared your thoughts, please do so by clicking here. Don't feel compelled to generate a new idea; you can simply add a comment to someone else's or "star" those that resonate with you.

8th grade families, I have a couple of messages for you. First of all, I would like to remind you of our anti-vaping presentation occurring tomorrow. It will take place in the MPR at 1:00pm and you're invited. Please check in at the office first. Secondly, with high school transition just around the corner, we have been receiving calls from some of you requesting information about the process. I have reached out to Poway High and they shared they will be communicating with you directly in the near future.

Finally, in the event you have forgotten, there is no school next week. On behalf of our entire team at Twin Peaks, we wish you an enjoyable February Break.

I look forward to seeing all our students tomorrow, and remember, it's a 6/2/4 day.
