I know it’s a cliché, but we realize more than ever how very quickly this life moves along. Since you last heard from us, BJ has preached services at Lighthouse Baptist Church (New Castle, VA), Sinks Grove Baptist Church (Sinks Grove, WV), and Meadow Grove Baptist Church (Dawson, WV). He also had the opportunity to preach Cowboy Church at a Ken McNabb Horsemanship Clinic in Yadkinville, NC. It takes just a few lines to list all of those events, but in real life, those few lines represent a lot of interaction with a lot men, women, teens, and kids. We are so thankful for every single opportunity to share from the Bible how much Jesus loves and wants a relationship with each of them. Thank you for making the work of Circle G Ministry possible…this month and EVERY month!

We just celebrated BJ’s 44th birthday! I love this guy so much, and I’m more proud of him than I can even express. He’s so humble and would never say this about himself, but he’s a good man and a good husband, and I thank God for him every single day.

Just a few days after BJ’s birthday, we celebrated the birth of Faye, our newest Appaloosa filly. She had a rough start, which required a few days in the hospital, but thankfully she and her mama Ruby are doing fine now.

I never thought I’d be able to say this, but I’ve run two 5Ks…and I just finished my first 10K! I’ve run off and on over the years, but since December, I’ve made it a priority. I’m planning to do a half marathon in November and a full marathon in 2023. It’s been five years this month since my brother left here for heaven, and I’m still working my way through the loss. Running has helped so much with this process, and I thank God for the health and strength to do it.

Over the next few weeks, BJ will be preaching and teaching horsemanship clinics in Winfield, WV, Charleston, WV, Tippecanoe, IN, and Wikel, WV. We’d be so grateful for your prayers.
