Warren Buffett made his first investment when he was 11 years old. He is a respected businessman. The life skills that make him successful businessman are: respect, communication, and responsibility. He has these skills because he had to run a business when he was 13 years old. Buffett had to learn how to be honest and mature about situations since he had to grow up.

Buffett has an impact on others because his lifeskills result in him giving back to his community. We both share responsibility with Buffett because we do our homework and perform well in school. Communication was Buffett's most important lifeskill in the fact that he had to talk to others in order to start his business.
Why we want to be Leaders like Buffett
We want to act like Buffett because we want to be better people. He has valuable life skills that more people should have. Leaders do not have to have all the traits to be effective leaders because true leaders do not have to have every single trait to be successful. Some of the qualities leaders need are: Respect, responsibility, communication, trustworthiness, maturity, cooperation, initiative, helpfulness, honesty, and honor.
