NHS Student Services
March 3rd, 2021
To Students and Parents:
March is upon us and Spring is around the corner! Warmer weather and getting back outside will soon be on everyone's mind - especially after this past month. Winter sports went fairly smoothly and now fall sports will be playing in early spring followed up by spring sports being played in late spring. Most of our students are back in the building and things are starting to feel a little more "normal."
We hope the students are adjusting well to being back and taking advantage of any/all help that they can get in their classes (whether they are in class or virtual). As always - communication with teachers and counselors is crucial in making sure students are getting the help they need. If you need help please let us know - do not be afraid to ask.
Thank you,
North Counselors

Animal Care Virtual Career Day
On Wednesday, March 24th from 9:00am-12:00pm, we will be hosting an Animal Care Virtual Career Day. This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in working with animals or wanting to learn more to expand their knowledge and interest in this area.
We will be having guest speakers who are representatives from schools within our area and state, business owners (Pet grooming, boarding, and other care), veterinarians, techs, trainers, and more! These individuals will be sharing their experiences, information regarding their place of schooling or work, recommendations for students who are interested in the field, as well as open to questions from students.
Please help us to spread the word to as many students as possible!
Attached is the flyer that we will be using to promote this event, and register for the event here to get the meeting link sent to you when the event gets closer!
Like always, please reach out if you have any questions and looking forward to this next virtual event!
