The Five Needs
Self Actualization
Self actualization is focusing on what goes right. fulfilling and does everything their capable of. Can experience life for exactly what it is accept themselves for what they are, and capable of deep appreciation of basic life experiences. They are child like and are able to absorb the world around them.
Esteem Needs
On the second to the top of the hierarchy is Esteem Needs. It is simply how you feel about your self.
Love and Belonging
In the center of the hierarchy is love and belonging. Love and belonging is mostly social for the bonds such as friendships, partners, and family.
Safety Needs
the next level from the bottom is safety is from anything such as the elements of fear, security, and even order.
Physiological Needs
The lowest of the pyramid is physiological needs and it is what everyone needs such as food, shelter, warmth, and sleep
