When does it start? June 6th
How much does it cost? $19.99 for members and $159.00 for non-members
When are the classes? We have morning, mid day and evening classes. Click here to see the full schedule with times.
What fitness levels is this for? All! That's the awesomeness of this challenge! We can give modifications or progressions depending on your fitness level.
How do I sign up? Follow this link to create your profile and sign up! Current members can sign up here!
What do I need to bring? Bring a water bottle and a can do attitude!
Do we meet before the challenge starts? Yes! We will meet Sunday June 5th at 4:00 to take measurements, before photos, before strength test, get handouts and meet everyone!
Can I invite a friend? Yes! Accountability is key to sticking to it! A friend will make sure you show up and push you to work harder! Plus, everything is more fun when you have a friend along side you!
