January 2019
Improving Our Game
As we start the new competition season, many feelings of excitement and anticipation come around. For returning athletes, we reflect on the successes from last year and how to grow upon them as well as areas of targeted improvement. We develop new goals and aspirations and map out methods to reach them.
For new members, we may feel anxious about what is in store and excited to be a member of an amazing team.
In January, please reach out to new members as well as finding athletes that will push you through the year. The first few weeks we hit the ground running and they are crucial for setting the groundwork for our year as well as establishing our habits and commitments.
Many items will be sent using email, facebook, and other methods; please stay diligent to keep up with due dates and membership items so we can spend our time together working on training for success rather than tracking down who has and has not sent in a form.
We have the opportunity not only to dominate the state, but the nation and world. Lets make it happen!!
