Meet the Author: Brittany Gibbons
Wednesday, September 16, 7pm. Brittany Gibbons is the author of the 2015 memoir Fat Girl Walking. She runs a successful humor blog, hosts her own weekly Internet talk show, and has been a TED talks presenter. Fashion, food, body image, and parenting are just a few of the topics she covers. Hobbit Day
Monday, September 21, 6:30pm. Join us for a birthday party for Bilbo Baggins! We will be celebrating with games, crafts, and hobbit food. Show what you know about Hobbit trivia, and you may win a prize! For children in grades 4-8. Register here after September 7.
Sensory Story Time
Saturday, September 26, 11am. Sensory Story Time is an interactive program that engages children through movement, music, stories, and sensory play. It can be enjoyed by all children, but is ideal for those who have a hard time in large groups, are on the autism spectrum, or have sensory integration challenges. There will be sensory and social opportunities at the end of the half hour program. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Register here after September 12.

Feed Your Brain
Yoga in the Garden: Saturday, September 12, 9am. Gently stretch and unwind with beginner-level yoga poses and mindful breathing exercises. Bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel. Class will be held outside in our reading garden, but will be moved inside in the case of inclement weather. Register here.
Safeguard Your Digital Legacy: Monday, September 14, 2:30pm. This demonstration class will equip you with the knowledge and tools to safeguard your digital legacy. Topics will include how to share passwords with a digital executor, options for your accounts after death, and ways to preserve your memories. Register here.
